Program Case Studies
Steven Braxton enrolled into the HVRP program in the beginning of the year dealing with homelessness and mental health issues. We encouraged him to seek help and I personally spent hours on the phone just so he wouldn’t feel alone. The program helped him get his driver’s license renewed. We paid for him to go to CDL school and now he is a dart driver.
He also purchased his first car and now has a new apartment. The impact we have in the community is so amazing and is so needed for those veterans who lost their way. We have more stories to share however his progress amazes me.
We also accept in-kind donations for food, hygiene supplies, job fair materials, and more.
