Order Minimums

For screen print orders, a minimum of 20 pieces per design is required. However, for smaller orders we offer DTF services, with no minimum. 

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days following Customer Approval. However, if you have a looming deadline, feel free to let us know and we’ll see what we can do to help. Rush orders will have some fees to cover shipping and any additional issues to ensure we can accommodate your order. 

Art Requirements

When submitting design files, we prefer formats such as AI, PSD, SVG, PDF, EPS, or high-quality PNG. Please ensure that assets are of the highest possible quality; we request a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Additional charges may be incurred for extensive clean-up required to prepare your design for printing.

If submitting a rasterized image, it must be at desired print size and at least 300 dpi.

Screen Printing Specifics

We have the capability to print designs with up to six colors, utilizing techniques such as CMYK or simulated processes to accommodate more intricate designs.

We currently only print using plastisol ink.

We rely on the PMS color system for our color matching. However, it's important to note that achieving a perfect match may not always be feasible due to the inherent variability in the ink mixing process. Providing a Pantone or Hex Code number will insure the best results for color matching.

Our maximum print size is 12” by 18”.

We cannot screen print on certain apparel such as hats and certain specifications on pockets (dependent on colors). For these applications we offer DTF or embroidery.
